This rusty relic has appeared on eBay listed as Greeves, but it not Greeves, fixings totally wrong, I dont think its FB either, with cut away underside it looks like its off a 4 stroke. The fact that someone is trying sell a piece of scrap metal beggars belief.

Almost as good as a head tube with a V5 for 900+! or a Villiers alloy clutch cover rotted through for decorative use 50!
