Don,t forget your Cruiser ( shown in your Avatar) was sold for a church †funds auction in about 1969 for £4 !!

Did you get the V5C in the end ? it was looking promising last time we spoke .

Yes John I remembered that mine was a Raffle prize as well.

The only raffle i knew of to win bikes is the NMM. I purchase the tickets but alas, as yet no bike materialised. However, this year I'm awaiting a "new" '77 Commando 😂 I've more chance of doctor who's tardis turning up!

That could be from the Dover museum of transport IRC call looking at an AMC engined, white and green model at the Kent Classic show at Hamstreet back in the summer, while he tried to sell me a ticket.

Could well be, but doubt it will have been the 1954 one mentioned as they were either Black or Azure Blue, and did not have an AMC engine, there again they could have had more than one raffle or raffle prize ?
