Cruiser 80 decals/transfers

Jim,

You need to remind us what year your Cruiser dates from, since Francis Barnett made detail changes to the decals/transfers or paintwork lining out nearly every year.

decals

Post  piston 197 on Sun Nov 18, 2018 3:42 pm

In 1957 the Cruiser 80 was all green ( except wheel hubs/brakeplates which were silver) and had no decals just the twin gold lines on the tank, but these were painted on by hand and not a decal,
later models had stripes across the tank which are available as a decal from "classic transfers" but these did not appear on the 57 model
I have seen a gold FB logo again available from "classic transfers" on the toolbox lid but think this is probably a later addition as no period photos seem to show them ?

Jim, if it is any help I can let you have a detailed drawing of the rear brake rod and associated parts . I could send you a scan with an email.
Mike.
