Hello all Francis Barnett people,
I'm in the final stages of a complete restoration, all has gone without
any real drama apart from trying to find the rubber bands for the girder forks.
Any help would be much appreciated.
The engine side covers were missing and it seemed impossible to find any.
After 10 years trying to find some I decided to make them. I'm
really happy with the way they turned out and would like to post
some images. if it is possible could someone please tell me how?
Best Regards to all,
Nick Davies (in oz)

Nick, I don't think you can post pictures till you've been a member of the forum for 7 days but when you can use the 'Host an image' button which appears when you are composing a new post or reply to a post. Click the button. I use 800 px width which seems to work best. Drag file(s) into the box. Click 'Send all'. Then click 'insert all'. It's not clear that anything has happened at this point but only click the button once as it will insert the picture(s) multiple times. Click preview to see what you have, then send.

Steve.

Hi Nick, if you look on this web page below it maybe what you are looking for, the suspension rubbers are about half way down the page. Mike

Powerbike 56 side covers

More on making side covers,

First image
machine for bending tapered bends which involved
a large and small radius, so 2 mandrels.
