Cruiser 75 sprocket

Hi all I have a cruiser 75 with 18" wheels front and rear but I have no rear sprocket can anybody tell me how many teeth it should have,my friend has a similar bike but with a 48 tooth sprocket but in the handbook it says 52teeth any ideas ?Dodge 211

Post it on the general chat or help wanted section of the Forum .It will then be seen
The Cruiser you have according to my list should have a 19" rear wheel so that will alter things. But don't hold me to it.

rear sprocket

The club had a batch made for the cruiser ( 52 teeth) some time back, there is one left if you need it ? I will p.m. you with price and address

Thanks for the reply ,I'm not sure but I think at first 19" wheels were used then they went to 18" front and later 18" rear is this correct?

Wheel sizes

Strangely no, the Cruiser 71 ( VB frame No 1955 ) had 19 back and front and the Cruiser 75 , 1956/7 ( frame No WB and YB)had the peculiar combination of 18 front and 19 back
Sprocket was the same except on the Cruiser 71 it was cast as part of the brake drum, the later machines the sprocket bolted on separately.
