1934 Cruiser model 39 stands

Post  Graham M on Thu Jul 13, 2017 9:46 pm

Hi there again,
I have a spark and have set the timing on my machine but need a local aluminium welder to repair a hole n the exhaust, should be interesting with 83 yo material.
Has anyone made a side and rear stand and have a drawing with dimensions as mine are missing or could anyone measure theirs or take some close up pictures and have the measurements from where the rear one pivots on the frame to the end that contacts the ground.
Thanks for your info so far.
Graham

Hi Graham, I have a 38 Plover with the original working rear stand, if anybody can confirm they have the same stand I can give you some info. A good blacksmith could easily make one.
