Wanted magneto backplate

Post  kerabo on Fri Dec 09, 2016 10:18 am

Does anyone have a spare magneto alloy backplate that will fit the 8E?
I am playing around with fitting a Chinese 12v system and although I most likely will have a complete backplate made I want a pattern without immobilising my own engine.

Ok John Thanks.
Don't need the coils unless you want to keep it all together.

Could you give more details on this if it is a successful conversion?

Andy.

I will keep you informed but it may be some time time.
