hi, in the process of doing a loose assembly on my falcon 62 trials, not sure on the fork assembly with the damper etc does anyone have any diagrams or parts book manuals or any information for sale. long shot but also after the tool box. any help would be good

Jason, not got any toolboxes , but in club spares we have the end caps, with two end caps you only have to roll the tube, braze one end on, the loose end is secured with a strap, if you go to a pet shop and buy a dog collar, you can cut the buckle off with approx. 1" of strap, rivet this to the tool box on top side, then rivet the strap part to the bottom and you have the leather strap, end caps are as per originals and are available @ 10 each plus post

toolbox James v FB

If it is from a James trials bike ( also used on one of the 98cc machines) it has rounded /domed ends and the lid does up with an over centre cap, the FB one has tapered end caps and the lid is held on with a leather strap
Different beasts entirely , the FB one was also used on the powerbike and the tube( without lid )used on the plover 95, as well as the trials bikes
Both toolboxes are cylindrical but are different designs and diameters
